How to Submit a DMCA Complaint

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it was located before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
  4. Your contact information.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10–14 days.
